• Cancellations will be considered any time prior to 24 hour of the hotel check in time. User should call us or email us about the inventory thats required cancellation. Or user can login to the mandarmani.net account and cancel the order from the active order list.

• In case of any dispute in the order, or in case the hotel room is not available due to any issue, then the entire amount will be refunded.

• In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 24 hours of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.

When you buy our products/services, your purchase is covered by our refund policy a 30-day money-back guarantee. We will refund the money fully except the cancellation amount as stated by the hotel cancellation policy. If for example hotel policy defines that 10% cancellation charge will be applied then rest of 90% amount will be fully refunded within 15 days from the cancellation is initiated.
